Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the customer identified by the WatchGraphs account and the seller and service provider TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Registered office: Hobyar Mah. Ankara Cad. Kastelli İş Merkezi No: 59, İç Kapı No: 520, Fatih / İstanbul, Türkiye. Hocapaşa Tax Office; tax number 8591533731; MERSIS 0859153373100001; Istanbul Trade Registry 1122875. The Pre-Information Form is provided before payment.
2. Subject and service
The subject of this agreement is the electronic supply of WatchGraphs Premium, a personal and non-transferable membership providing access to the complete available watch-market database and premium analytical features during the paid period.
3. Price and payment
The monthly total is 1,899 TRY, including all applicable taxes. Payment is in Turkish lira. There is no setup or shipping fee. TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi sells and invoices the service. The total, payment provider and recurring-payment consent will be presented before an order is placed. Renewal is monthly until canceled; future price changes will be notified before a later renewal.
4. Formation and electronic records
The customer accepts this agreement by selecting the checkout consent control and completing payment. WatchGraphs retains electronic acceptance, transaction-reference and subscription-status records as described in the Privacy Notice.
5. Delivery and performance
Access is delivered electronically to the verified WatchGraphs account after successful subscription payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. If access does not appear after a successful charge, email support@watchgraphs.com with your account email and payment reference so we can investigate delivery and arrange access or any refund due.
6. Duration and renewal
The subscription begins after the first successful payment and renews monthly until canceled. Each successful recurring payment extends access for the corresponding monthly period. A failed payment may result in unpaid or expired status after the previously paid period.
7. Cancellation
You can request cancellation of renewal at support@watchgraphs.com from your account email; account-panel cancellation may also be used when available. No reason or phone call is required. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Statutory termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Where the customer requests immediate supply of digital content or service, statutory withdrawal rules and any legally applicable exceptions apply. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate charges, non-delivery, unauthorized transactions and other cases required by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement waives mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
9. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate account and billing information, protect account credentials, avoid sharing paid access and use the service only for lawful purposes. The service provides market information and does not constitute authentication, appraisal, investment, tax or legal advice.
10. Complaints and disputes
Questions and complaints may be sent to support@watchgraphs.com. Consumers may also apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts or other authorities available under applicable law.

Membership availability
The public preview and account registration are available. The advertised Premium plan is 1,899 TRY per month including taxes. Card payments are being prepared and are not yet available. Free registration and trial requests do not start recurring billing.
