Subscription Agreement
Parties
This agreement is between the customer identified by the account and checkout information and TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the registered provider operating WatchGraphs. The provider's registered office is Hobyar Mah. Ankara Cad. Kastelli İş Merkezi No: 59, İç Kapı No: 520, Fatih / İstanbul, Türkiye; Hocapaşa Tax Office, tax number 8591533731; MERSIS number 0859153373100001; Istanbul Trade Registry number 1122875.
Service
The membership grants personal, revocable and non-transferable access to the premium WatchGraphs database and analytical features available during the paid period. The service is delivered electronically through the customer's verified account.
Price and billing
The monthly total is 1,899 TRY, including all applicable taxes. Payment is in Turkish lira. There is no setup or shipping fee. TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi sells and invoices the service. The total, payment provider and recurring-payment consent will be presented before an order is placed. Renewal is monthly until canceled; future price changes will be notified before a later renewal.
Start and renewal
Access is delivered electronically to the verified WatchGraphs account after successful subscription payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. If access does not appear after a successful charge, email support@watchgraphs.com with your account email and payment reference so we can investigate delivery and arrange access or any refund due. Each confirmed monthly payment extends access for the paid period. A failed renewal does not create a successful payment or extend paid access. Any payment recovery and grace period will be explained in the account. Contact support@watchgraphs.com for subscription support.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation of renewal at support@watchgraphs.com from your account email; account-panel cancellation may also be used when available. No reason or phone call is required. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Statutory termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. This review does not restrict statutory withdrawal, refund or other mandatory consumer rights. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the request process and immediately supplied digital-service terms.
Customer obligations
You must provide accurate checkout information, keep your account secure and use the membership only for lawful personal or internal business research. Sharing access or bypassing technical limits is prohibited.
Service changes and termination
Features may evolve as datasets and sources change. WatchGraphs may suspend or terminate access for fraud, security threats, unlawful use or material breach. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Records and contact
Electronic acceptance, checkout and subscription-status records are retained as described in the Privacy Notice. Support requests may be sent to support@watchgraphs.com.
Membership availability
The public preview and account registration are available. The advertised Premium plan is 1,899 TRY per month including taxes. Card payments are being prepared and are not yet available. Free registration and trial requests do not start recurring billing.
