Privacy Notice
This notice explains how WatchGraphs processes personal data when you visit the site, create an account, request trial access or purchase a membership.
Data controller and contact
TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the registered provider operating WatchGraphs, acts as the data controller for account and service data. Its registered office is Hobyar Mah. Ankara Cad. Kastelli İş Merkezi No: 59, İç Kapı No: 520, Fatih / İstanbul, Türkiye. Privacy requests may be sent from your registered email address to support@watchgraphs.com.
Data we process
- Account data, including email address, user ID and email-verification status.
- Profile, support and trial-request information that you submit.
- Subscription reference, amount, currency, status, paid-through date and legal-acceptance records.
- Limited security, device, request and service logs needed to operate and protect the service.
- Payment-provider customer, transaction and subscription references, where applicable.
Payment data
When card payments open, the provider named before checkout will collect card data directly. WatchGraphs receives transaction and subscription references and status, but never receives or stores card numbers or security codes. The payment provider’s privacy notice will be available before payment. No card data is collected during free registration.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to create and secure accounts, deliver requested access, manage memberships, process payments, respond to support, prevent abuse, keep required records and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent where legally required.
Recipients and international processing
Supabase and Vercel provide authentication, hosting and storage. Personal data may be shared as necessary with these providers, with the payment provider identified before checkout once payments open, and with competent authorities where legally required. Processing and any transfers outside Türkiye must comply with the applicable legal conditions and safeguards.
Retention and security
Account data is retained while the account is active and afterward only for the periods needed for billing, security, disputes and legal obligations. Access controls, encrypted transport and restricted server credentials are used to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion where permitted, recipient information and the exercise of other statutory rights. Requests can be sent to the support address above.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, language preferences, security and cached dashboard data. These functions support account access and the requested service. Clearing site data removes local preferences and may sign you out. The application does not add advertising cookies; any future optional tracking will require the applicable notice and consent.
