These terms govern your access to WatchGraphs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
WatchGraphs is operated by TS Saatçilik Mücevherat ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the registered provider of the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and must provide accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may use WatchGraphs for lawful research and market-information purposes. You must not share paid access, scrape or bulk-extract the service, bypass controls, disrupt the site, misuse third-party data or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive conduct.
Market information
Auction and market data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated or inaccurate. WatchGraphs is a historical-data analytics service: it does not operate auctions or a marketplace, list or sell watches, execute transactions, hold customer funds, authenticate watches, act as an appraiser or broker, or provide investment or trading advice. You remain responsible for purchase, sale, tax and collection decisions.
Memberships
The current paid plan is 1,899 TRY per month, including all applicable taxes. The recurring price, renewal terms and required disclosures are presented before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Additional terms are set out in the Subscription Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The service, software, design and curated database are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database laws. Third-party names, images and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and enforcement
Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Accounts may be restricted for security, legal or material terms violations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free data.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, WatchGraphs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on market information or unavailable service. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
